United in Prayer

Let’s Pray                         

 What the world needs now is more prayer.  “Let’s Pray” is a constant reminder to pray and to also invite others to pray with you.  

 Father in Heaven, Open our hearts and minds to opportunities to pray for those we encounter today. Forgive us for hurrying on with our own agendas and not considering that You have placed us here today for a purpose. Thank you for the privilege of prayer. Help us to remember that You position me where prayer is needed. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit in a fresh way so we can pray with Your wisdom for the needs we encounter today. In Jesus’ powerful name we pray, amen.

 When we make prayer a way of life, we discover an inner serenity, understanding, and compassion. Prayer is an incredible way of developing an awareness of God’s presence in our lives.  Let us stand firm in God’s word and know that God is present in every circumstance.

 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  " And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."  Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

Let us pray to practice the art of gentleness and extend our gentleness outward.

Let us commit our focus on God through prayer and relationships.

Let us listen, walk, and pray with a heart full of love.
